A small structural reform is the FIFA series with the upcoming offshoot into the house. In recent years, bugs, meta disagreements and failures were cleared in the context of title updates from the world. At the beginning of a FIFA season, the developer put the patches in great regularity, every two to three weeks a package available for download, offering repairs and fresh content. With increasing life of the FIFA titles, the periods between the title updates were larger - and the patch notes shorter.
Of course, EA SPORTS also quickly responded in the past in urgent exceptional cases to problems that the gaming experience significantly deteriorated. Usually, however, the FIFA community has to wait for settlements for weeks - until the next Title update is pending. In the future, smaller bugs are fixed elsewhere: The Live Tuning Tool should be able to straighten some aspects of the gameplay. Where the boundaries of the possibilities of the new feature are precisely, from the recent pitch notes does not emphasize.
Animations and code modifications excluded
"Smaller fine adjustments for illustrative purposes that used to take up to two months can now be released much faster," shows EA Sports. Explicit excluded from the measures performed by the Live Tuning Tool are animations and code modifications. Even changes outside the gameplay can probably not be implemented by the feature. As already for the content of the Title updates, an overview is also supplied for the releases of the Live Tuning Tool, which can be viewed via the EA Sports Fifa Tracker.
