If you want to further improve the icy stasis forces of guardians after receiving stasis forces after receipt, one must currently torture themselves through lengthy, confusing quest lines. Here Bungie wants to improve soon.
This is Stasis: Stasis is a still relatively young damaging element, which was introduced with the Destiny-2 extension beyond the light (Beyond Light). This element is both as a focus of the guardian forces, as well as damage to some weapons in the game. It embodies ice and frost.
What has it with improving? These forces are obtained if you have completed the campaign of Beyond Light and mastered some more tasks. Then you can miss a power-up with aspects and fragments of this force, so other specializations of this power play and align Stasis so its individual playing style.
What many are annoying: Further fragments and aspects are hidden behind lengthy and very confusing tasks. You also never see how far one progressed in the quest, how long you still have to shoot for the respective improvement. Also, it is not really clear what aspects and fragments there are even - especially for new players.
So Bungie wants to optimize the Stasis experience
But as the developers recently explained in their "This Week at Bungie" Blog, the studio of these weaknesses is aware and wants to improve all that soon - already in the upcoming Season 15, which starts on August 24th.
The following should change:
- The foreign exo on Europe, the contact person for Stasis, will then provide more information on how to conclude tasks required to obtain Stasis
- Guardians who played the "beyond of light" campaign and pay a visit to the foreign exo will be able to see the complete path to unlock the aspects and fragments
- In addition, many prerequisites for obtaining and completing the "in darkness born" skiing series are simpler or even completely removed. So far, guardians had to complete numerous quest rows, for example, in order to obtain the exotic stasis grenade launcher "grip of salvation" before they received additional stasis forces
- Guardians finished with the campaign of Beyond Light will then be able to access the "in darkness born" skiing series at the external exo on Europe.
- The foreign Exo then shows every fragment that has not yet been received - no matter how far in the "in darkness born" skiing series are advanced. Thus, you will receive a preview of all the forces that you can unlock.
So Bungie wants to make sure that even more guardians will unlock the icy powers.
